The Forest Park Rangers football squad (Ferdinand, IN), was routed 42-7 in Friday's league match with the visiting North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN)

The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN). The Patriots enter the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Heritage Hills routed Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN), 69-7, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Rangers confront the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a Pocket - Small School match, on Friday, October 10. Forest Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Marksmen enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 63-14 non-league loss to Southridge (Huntingburg, IN).
