October 3, 2025: Fort Madison, IA 52627 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Mt. Pleasant Panthers (Mt. Pleasant, IA) and the host Fort Madison Bloodhounds (Fort Madison, IA), witnessed Mt. Pleasant's football squad wallop Fort Madison by a tally of 61-0.
The Panthers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Keokuk (Keokuk, IA). The Chiefs enter the 3A District 4 contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Keokuk was trounced by Solon (Solon, IA), 58-6, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Bloodhounds battle the Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA) in a 3A District 4 contest, on Friday, October 10. Fort Madison will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 1-5 record after their 42-30 league loss to Washington (Washington, IA).
