Goldthwaite Eagles (Goldthwaite, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Hubbard Jaguars (Hubbard, TX), 65-0 in a league match.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Frost (Frost, TX). The Polar Bears come into the 2A-2 Region III District 10 match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Frost routed Meridian (Meridian, TX), 38-14, in a league challenge.
