The Hays Indians (Hays, KS) football tipped the visiting Junction City Bluejays (Junction City, KS), 34-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Indians now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dodge City for a Western outing on Friday, October 10. Hays will clash with a Demons squad coming off a 41-0 league loss to Great Bend (Great Bend, KS). The Demons record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Junction City drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Topeka (Topeka, KS) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league outing on Friday, October 10.
