October 3, 2025: Kingsley, IA 51028 Kingsley-Pierson Panthers (Kingsley, IA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting West Bend-Mallard Wolverines (West Bend, IA), 65-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Kingsley-Pierson advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA) to confront the Titans in a 8-Man District 1 (8 Man) match on Friday, October 10. The Titans come into the match with a record of 4-0. Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire won 66-44 in their recent league match against St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) in a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) battle, on Friday, October 10. West Bend-Mallard will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 54-7 league loss to Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA).
