Pennsylvania High School Football - Mars triumphant over Knoch

October 3, 2025: Mars, PA 16046

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) and the visiting Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA), witnessed Mars's football squad wallop Knoch by a count of 56-0.

The Fightin' Planets (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against McKeesport (McKeesport, PA). The Tigers enter the WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, McKeesport walloped West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA), 28-21, in a league battle.

The Knights now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hampton for a WPIAL AAAA Greater Allegheny battle on Friday, October 10. Knoch will encounter a Talbots team coming off a 35-7 league win over Indiana (Indiana, PA). The Talbots record now stands at 3-4.
