In Friday's league match, the visiting Lakin Broncs football squad scored a good 37-16 victory over the Southwestern Heights Mustangs.

The Broncs (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Hoisington (Hoisington, KS). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Hoisington overcame Cheney (Cheney, KS), 20-6, in a non-league battle.
