The Montgomery Academy Eagles football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats to 12 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Slocomb for a 3A Region 2 test on Friday, October 10. Montgomery Academy will face a Red Tops team coming off a 37-25 league win over Northside Methodist Academy (Dothan, AL). The Red Tops record now stands at 3-4.

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northside Methodist Academy (Dothan, AL). The Knights enter the 3A Region 2 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Northside Methodist Academy lost by Slocomb (Slocomb, AL), 37-25, in a league challenge.
