In Friday's non-league match, the host Old Bridge Knights football squad scored a good 24-0 triumph over the Morristown Colonials.

The Knights (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ). The Falcons come into the Big Central - National Gold match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Monroe Township was beaten by North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ), 30-12, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Colonials confront the Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 10. Morristown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Minutemen come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 33-23 non-league loss to Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ).
