Ocala Christian Crusaders (Ocala, FL) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Saint Francis Catholic Academy Wolves (Gainesville, FL), 38-20 in a non-league match.

The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Lake Mary Prep (Lake Mary, FL). The Griffins come into the Sunshine State - Citrus (8 Man) match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Lake Mary Prep was beaten by All Saints' Academy (Winter Haven, FL), 30-28, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Wolves confront the Liberty Christian Prep Lions (Tavares, FL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 10. Saint Francis Catholic Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Lions go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 62-6 non-league loss to Real Life Christian Academy (Clermont, FL).
