The Mustangs now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Prairie View Academy for a MAIS 8-Man 1A District 4 (8 Man) challenge on Friday, October 10. River Oaks will face a Spartans team coming off a 49-12 non-league win over Ben's Ford Christian (Bogalusa, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-0.
The Rebels (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Wilkinson County Christian Academy (Woodville, MS). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Wilkinson County Christian Academy triumphed over Union Christian Academy (Farmerville, LA), 35-14, in a non-league test.
