Pennsylvania High School Football - Shamokin Area triumphant over Williamsport

October 3, 2025: Williamsport, PA 17701

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) and the host Williamsport Millionaires (Williamsport, PA), witnessed Shamokin Area's football squad wallop Williamsport by a count of 42-7.

The Indians (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA). The Green Dragons go into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Lewisburg walloped Midd-West (Middleburg, PA), 35-7, in a non-league battle.

The Millionaires now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Berwick for a non-league battle on Friday, October 10. Williamsport will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 42-16 league win over Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-0.
