New York High School Soccer - Watkins Glen nudges Edison
October 3, 2025: Elmira Heights, NY 14903 In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Watkins Glen Lake Hawks soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Edison Spartans.
The Lake Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Addison (Addison, NY). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Addison was edged by Wellsville (Wellsville, NY), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Afton for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8.
