South Dakota High School Soccer - Garretson knocks off Worthington
October 3, 2025: Garretson, SD 57030 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Garretson Blue Dragons soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Worthington Trojans.
The Blue Dragons (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against St. Thomas More (Rapid City, SD). The Cavaliers go into the non-league outing with a 8-6 record. In their last outing, St. Thomas More prevailed over Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD), 6-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Albert Lea Tigers (Albert Lea, MN) in a Class A Section 2 test, on Saturday, October 4. Worthington will attempt to advance on its 0-13 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 5-6 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Red Wing (Red Wing, MN).
