California High School Football - Cupertino thwarted by MacDonald
October 3, 2025: San Jose, CA 95134 MacDonald Condor (San Jose, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA), 20-6 in a league battle.
With the win, MacDonald advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Condor travel to Jefferson (Daly City, CA) to meet the Grizzlies in a match on Friday, October 10. The Grizzlies come into the match with a record of 1-4. Jefferson won 2-0 in their recent league match against Saratoga (Saratoga, CA)
Coming up next, the Pioneers meet the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 9. Cupertino will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 40-14 non-league win over Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA).
