California High School Football - San Marcos crushed by Fillmore
October 3, 2025: Fillmore, CA 93015 Fillmore Flashes (Fillmore, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA), 40-0 in a league test.
The Flashes now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hueneme for a test on Friday, October 10. Fillmore will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 31-0 non-league loss to Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, San Marcos drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Royals host Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA) to face the Cardinals in a challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Santa Paula lost 35-8 in their recent league challenge against Agoura (Agoura, CA)
