Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Meridian Warriors (Meridian, ID), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Mountain View moves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Rocky Mountain (Meridian, ID) to confront the Grizzlies in a 6A Southern Idaho outing on Monday, October 6. The Grizzlies go into the outing with a record of 12-1. Rocky Mountain won 4-0 in their recent league outing against Eagle (Eagle, ID)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Bishop Kelly Knights (Boise, ID) in a 6A Southern Idaho outing, on Monday, October 6. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 6-6 record after their 6-1 league win over Capital (Boise, ID).
