Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Amphitheater Panthers (Tucson, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Desert View advances its record to 2-8 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ) to face the Caballeros in a 5A - Southern test on Tuesday, October 14. The Caballeros go into the test with a record of 3-9.

The Panthers now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas for a 4A - Gila test on Monday, October 6. Amphitheater will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Nogales (Nogales, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-3.
