October 3, 2025: Houma, LA 70364 The Covenant Christian Academy Lions held off the visiting Captain Shreve Gators volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Lions confront the Vermilion Catholic Eagles (Abbeville, LA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 4. Covenant Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 13-7 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Delcambre (Delcambre, LA).
With the loss, Captain Shreve drops to 9-16 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4.
