The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA) and the visiting Faith Christian Warriors (Roanoke, VA), saw Timberlake Christian's volleyball squad notch a victory over Faith Christian by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Timberlake Christian improves its record to 12-8 on the season. The Tornadoes host Regents (Charlottesville, VA) to encounter the Lions in a non-league battle on Monday, October 6. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 13-2. Regents won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA)

Next, the Warriors meet the Dayspring Christian Academy Lions (Blacksburg, VA) in a VACA contest, on Tuesday, October 7. Faith Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
