The Fairfax Stampede flag football team (Laveen, AZ), was crushed 33-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout with the visiting Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ)

With the win, Desert Edge advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Scorpions host La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ) to encounter the Fighting Lobos in a 5A Desert West bout on Tuesday, November 5. The Fighting Lobos go into the bout with a record of 3-7.
