October 30, 2024: Galesburg, IL 61401 Peoria Notre Dame Irish (Peoria, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Galesburg Silver Streaks (Galesburg, IL), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Peoria Notre Dame moves its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Washington (Washington, IL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, November 2. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 22-4. Washington 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Dunlap (Dunlap, IL)
The Silver Streaks now sport a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dunlap for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 30. Galesburg will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 19-1.
