Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 29-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Brandywine improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Concord (Wilmington, DE) to play the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, November 8. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 7-2. Concord won 35-0 in their recent league battle against Dickinson (Wilmington, DE)

The Highlanders now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they host St. Elizabeth for a 1A District 1 battle on Friday, November 7. McKean will play a Vikings team coming off a 48-8 league win over DuPont (Wilmington, DE). The Vikings record now stands at 7-2.
