With the win, Jay betters its record to 8-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Southside (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Cardinals in a 5A-1 Region IV District 14 contest on Friday, November 7. The Cardinals enter the contest with a record of 6-3. Southside won 20-7 in their recent league contest against Winn (Eagle Pass, TX)
