Texas High School Football - Horizon sneaks past Canutillo
October 30, 2025: El Paso, TX 79928 The Horizon Scorpions football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Canutillo Eagles to 20 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Scorpions now hold a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a test on Thursday, November 6. Horizon will play a Silver Foxes team coming off a 33-8 league loss to Hanks (El Paso, TX). The Silver Foxes record now stands at 3-6.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Andress (El Paso, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Andress nipped El Paso (El Paso, TX), 42-0, in a non-league challenge.
