Georgia High School Softball - Kell bounces Central
October 30, 2025: Marietta, GA 30066 Spectators at Thursday's non-league contest between the Kell Longhorns (Marietta, GA) and the visiting Central Lions (Carrollton, GA), saw Kell's softball squad topple Central by a score of 9-1.
With the triumph, Kell improves its record to 28-3 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Eastside (Covington, GA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, October 31. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 29-1. Eastside won 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Harris County (Hamilton, GA)
In their next game, the Lions battle the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 31. Central will attempt to improve on its 26-10 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the game with a 24-8 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Harris County (Hamilton, GA).
