October 30, 2025: Wyoming, MI 49548 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Black River Rats (Holland, MI) and the host Godwin Heights Wolverines (Wyoming, MI), saw Black River's volleyball squad notch a victory over Godwin Heights by a score of 3-1.
With the win, Black River improves its record to 15-14 on the season. The Rats host Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI) to encounter the Trailblazers in a non-league battle on Monday, November 3. The Trailblazers go into the battle with a record of 7-20. Saugatuck lost 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Black River (Holland, MI)
The Wolverines now own a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kelloggsville for a Ottawa-Kent - Silver contest on Monday, November 3.
