In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Geneva Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Chicago University Maroons.

The Vikings (21-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Hinsdale South (Darien, IL). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 18-17 record. In their last test, Hinsdale South achieved victory over Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
