In Friday's league match, the host Brady Bulldogs football squad scored a close 20-14 victory over the Tolar Rattlers.

The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Clifton (Clifton, TX). The Cubs enter the 3A-2 Region II District 5 match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Clifton got by Dublin (Dublin, TX), 56-7, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Rattlers confront the Eastland Mavericks (Eastland, TX) in a 3A-2 Region II District 5 match, on Friday, November 7. Tolar will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Mavericks go into the battle with a 0-9 record after their 74-0 league loss to Early (Early, TX).
