In Friday's league match, the visiting New Caney Eagles football squad scored a decisive 56-0 triumph over the Cleveland Indians.

The Eagles (2-7) will now prepare for their match against College Park (The Woodlands, TX). The Cavaliers come into the 6A Region II District 13 match with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, College Park walloped Cleveland (Cleveland, TX), 70-0, in a league battle.

The Indians now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Conroe for a 6A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, November 7. Cleveland will play a Tigers team coming off a 59-10 league loss to The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-4.
