Texas High School Football - La Grange tops Giddings

The La Grange Leopards football squad scored 66 points and limited the visiting Giddings Buffaloes to 42 in the Leopards league triumph on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sealy for a 4A-2 Region III District 11 challenge on Friday, November 7. La Grange will face a Tigers team coming off a 72-12 league win over Caldwell (Caldwell, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-1.

The Buffaloes (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Mustangs enter the 4A-2 Region III District 11 test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Madisonville was defeated by Bellville (Bellville, TX), 48-45, in a league test.
