October 4, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87120 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), saw St. Pius X's volleyball squad beat Del Norte by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, St. Pius X upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Sartans travel to Grants (Grants, NM) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 6. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Grants lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)
The Knights now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Bernalillo for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 6. Del Norte will play a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Spartans record now stands at 1-5.
