The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) and the visiting Mendon Unity Mustangs (Mendon, IL), saw Calhoun's volleyball squad beat Mendon Unity by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Calhoun upgrades its record to 24-0 on the year. The Warriors travel to Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL) to play the Hornets in a Western Illinois Valley bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 10-18. Brown County won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL)
