The Palisades Pumas volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Mountain Island Charter Raptor to 0 in the Pumas non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Pumas now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pointe for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 10. Palisades will meet a Stallions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to York (York, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 4-13.

The Raptor (16-6) will now prepare for their game against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals enter the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Corvian Community was dropped by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
