The Altus Bulldogs football squad scored 49 points and limited the visiting Western Heights Jets to 0 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marshall for a 5A District 2 test on Friday, October 11. Altus will meet a Bears squad coming off a 42-8 league loss to Lawton (Lawton, OK). The Bears record now stands at 0-5.

With the defeat, Western Heights drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Jets host Lawton (Lawton, OK) to meet the Wolverines in a 5A District 2 test on Friday, October 11. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 2-3. Lawton won 42-8 in their recent league test against Marshall (Oklahoma City, OK)
