Pennsylvania High School Football - Serra Catholic crushed by Bishop Canevin

October 4, 2024: McKeesport, PA 15132

The Bishop Canevin Crusaders walloped the host Serra Catholic Eagles football team by a score of 42-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Crusaders play the Fort Cherry Rangers (McDonald, PA) in a WPIAL A Black Hills challenge, on Friday, October 11. Bishop Canevin will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Rangers go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 35-6 league win over Cornell (Coraopolis, PA).

The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Chartiers-Houston (Houston, PA). The Buccaneers go into the WPIAL A Black Hills challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Chartiers-Houston was ripped by Monessen (Monessen, PA), 14-7, in a league challenge.
