The Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) football knocked off the host Lincoln Lions (San Jose, CA), 55-40 in Friday's league outing.

The Bruins now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Teresa for a Mount Hamilton outing on Friday, October 11. Branham will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 31-14 league loss to Christopher (Gilroy, CA). The Saints record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Lincoln drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Christopher (Gilroy, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a Mount Hamilton outing on Thursday, October 10.
