Massachusetts High School Football - Roxbury Prep Charter loses to Chelsea
October 4, 2024: Chelsea, MA 02150 Chelsea Red Devils (Chelsea, MA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Roxbury Prep Charter Wolves (Jamaica Plain, MA), 18-8 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Chelsea advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Red Devils host Malden (Malden, MA) to play the Golden Tornados in a Greater Boston battle on Friday, October 18. The Golden Tornados go into the battle with a record of 1-3.
The Wolves now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Holbrook for a non-league battle on Friday, October 11. Roxbury Prep Charter will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 36-0 league loss to Upper Cape Cod RVT (Bourne, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
