New York High School Football - Chenango Valley sneaks past Johnson City
October 4, 2024: Johnson City, NY 13790 The Chenango Valley Warriors football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Johnson City Wildcats to 20 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Chenango Forks for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Chenango Valley will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 21-14 non-league loss to Maine-Endwell (Endwell, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Johnson City drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Maine-Endwell (Endwell, NY) to meet the Spartans in a Section 4 B test on Friday, October 11. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-0. Maine-Endwell won 21-14 in their recent non-league test against Chenango Forks (Binghamton, NY)
