October 4, 2024: Crete, IL 60417 The Crete-Monee Warriors football squad scored 67 points and limited the visiting Thornridge Falcons to 0 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rich Township for a Southland test on Friday, October 11. Crete-Monee will meet a Raptors squad coming off a 59-6 league loss to Kankakee (Kankakee, IL). The Raptors record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Thornridge drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Geneseo (Geneseo, IL) to meet the Maple Leafs in a non-league test on Friday, October 11.
