Oregon High School Football - Days Creek tops Lewis Academy
October 4, 2024: Newberg, OR 97132 The Days Creek Wolves football squad scored 39 points and limited the host Lewis Academy Watchmen to 29 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Crow for a 1A Special District 2 - South (6 Man) test on Friday, October 11. Days Creek will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 39-25 league win over Elkton (Elkton, OR). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Lewis Academy drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Watchmen travel to Alsea (Alsea, OR) to meet the Wolverines in a 1A Special District 2 - North (6 Man) test on Thursday, October 10. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 2-2. Alsea lost 63-26 in their recent league test against Eddyville (Eddyville, OR)
