North Carolina High School Football - Mount Tabor edged by East Forsyth
October 4, 2024: Winston-Salem, NC 27106 The East Forsyth Eagles edged the host Mount Tabor Spartans football team by a score of 35-28 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A challenge, on Friday, October 11. East Forsyth will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 25-3 league loss to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC).
The Spartans (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Davie (Mocksville, NC). The War Eagles enter the Central Piedmont 4A challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Davie was tipped by Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 31-14, in a league battle.
