October 4, 2024: San Angelo, TX 76901 The Grape Creek Eagles walloped the visiting San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles football team by a score of 74-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles play the Coahoma Bulldogs (Coahoma, TX) in a 3A-2 Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, October 11. Grape Creek will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 71-70 non-league win over Littlefield (Littlefield, TX).
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX). The Mustangs go into the 3A-1 Region I District 3 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Sweetwater was ripped by Wall (Wall, TX), 42-21, in a non-league challenge.
