October 4, 2024: Harbor Beach, MI 48441 Harbor Beach Pirates (Harbor Beach, MI) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI), 56-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Harbor Beach improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Pirates travel to Reese (Reese, MI) to play the Rockets in a Big Thumb - Black battle on Friday, October 11. The Rockets go into the battle with a record of 4-2. Reese lost 46-20 in their recent league battle against Ubly (Ubly, MI)
The Red Raiders now have a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Vassar for a Big Thumb - Black battle on Friday, October 11. Marlette will play a Vulcans team coming off a 34-24 league loss to Unionville-Sebewaing (Sebewaing, MI). The Vulcans record now stands at 1-5.
