Florida High School Football - Westland Hialeah loses to Hialeah Gardens
October 4, 2024: Hialeah, FL 33012 Hialeah Gardens Gladiators (Hialeah Gardens, FL) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Westland Hialeah Wildcats (Hialeah, FL), 40-19 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Hialeah Gardens advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Gladiators travel to Reagan (Doral, FL) to encounter the Bison in a Greater Miami - South battle on Thursday, October 10. The Bison go into the battle with a record of 4-1. Reagan won 29-22 in their recent league battle against Varela (Miami, FL)
The Wildcats now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Monsignor Pace for a 2A District 14 battle on Friday, October 11. Westland Hialeah will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 36-28 non-league win over Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 4-2.
