October 4, 2024: Shrewsbury, MA 01545 The St. John's Pioneers felled the visiting Hopkinton Hillers football team by a score of 21-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Pioneers play the St. John's Prep Eagles (Danvers, MA) in a Catholic challenge, on Saturday, October 12. St. John's will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 28-0 league win over La Salle Academy (Providence, RI).
The Hillers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Westwood (Westwood, MA). The Wolverines go into the Tri-Valley - Large challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Westwood toppled Medway (Medway, MA), 24-13, in a non-league challenge.
