The Interboro Buccaneers felled the host Penn Wood Patriots football team by a final score of 36-8 in Friday's league battle.

With the win, Interboro advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Buccaneers host Chester (Chester, PA) to play the Clippers in a Delaware Valley battle on Saturday, October 12. The Clippers go into the battle with a record of 6-1. Chester won 46-6 in their recent league battle against Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA)

The Patriots now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Jersey Shore for a non-league battle on Friday, October 11. Penn Wood will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 27-25 non-league loss to Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
