October 4, 2024: North Eastham, MA 02651 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Nauset Regional Warriors (North Eastham, MA) and the visiting Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA), witnessed Nauset Regional's football squad knock off Nantucket by a tally of 28-14.
The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Falmouth (Falmouth, MA). The Clippers come into the Cape & Islands - Atlantic outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Falmouth was knocked off by Durfee (Fall River, MA), 33-20, in a non-league outing.
With the defeat, Nantucket drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Whalers host Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA) to clash with the Dolphins in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 10. The Dolphins come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Dennis-Yarmouth Regional lost 14-12 in their recent league outing against Barnstable (Hyannis, MA)
