New York High School Football - New Dorp beat Wagner
October 4, 2024: Staten Island, NY 10314 The New Dorp Central Cougars football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Wagner Falcons to 20 in the Central Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Central Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Utrecht for a PSAL 4A test on Friday, October 18. New Dorp will clash with a Utes squad coming off a 36-28 league loss to Madison (Brooklyn, NY). The Utes record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Wagner drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Eagle Academy II (Brooklyn, NY) to clash with the Eagle in a PSAL 4A test on Friday, October 18. The Eagle come into the test with a record of 4-1. Eagle Academy II won 16-6 in their recent league test against DeWitt Clinton (Bronx, NY)
