R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC), 25-3 in a league battle.

With the win, R.J. Reynolds advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Demons host Glenn (Kernersville, NC) to play the Bobcats in a Central Piedmont 4A battle on Friday, October 11. The Bobcats go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Glenn lost 40-0 in their recent league battle against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to East Forsyth for a Central Piedmont 4A battle on Friday, October 11. Parkland will play a Eagles team coming off a 35-28 league win over Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
